I'm not sold on `InProgressRegistrationName` for the name. I don't have a better one, though, because "ARP" hasn't been correct since Windows XP...

I created a new WIP for just the in-progress ARP DisplayName at https://wixtoolset.org/development/wips/6296-in-progress-arp-entry/. I think the only interesting part here was when to transition from the in-progress DisplayName to the real one.
