[wix-devs] v4 - Merge Modules

I'll send email here when there are instructions how to get started with WiX v4 builds. All the old builds were rolled off because they were at best misleading as to our progress.

Rob,

 I heard your comments about getting merge modules working and tested.  Please let me know when this is available and I'll give it a good work over.

I don't see any v4 builds under https://wixtoolset.org/releases/development/    Maybe this is by design with the new SDK project type stuff.   I've just started working on .NET core  projects so that's still all new to me.
