[wix-devs] Macros/functions to release ansi strings

Strings in dutil are just blocks of memory so the ReleaseStr() works for both Unicode and Ansi strings.

I was doing something that required the use of ansi strings the other day and noticed that there was no ReleaseAnsiStr macro.

Is this something that would be accepted as a PR for either Wix v3 or v4?
