[wix-devs] visual studio 2019 libraries in Wix4

VS2017 should work for now. I don't think we've decided about shipping VS2019 versions explicitly. I lean on Bob for that mostly.

Are there plans to ship versions of C++ libraries such as Dutil for vs2019?
Or, are the vs2017 versions sufficient?
