[wix-devs] "Weekly" builds? Not so much.

I agree "pre-release build" could be misconstrued. I'm not big on "development build". I haven't found many uses of it. In one case "development build" meant extra debug information is enabled (DEBUG build?). In another case I found: These development builds, often called "pre-release" builds, are what will eventually lead to the final version.

Which leads me back to "pre-release build". Heh.

Additional thoughts?

I agree 'pre-release' could also be misinterpreted. Anything with the term 'release' in it will likely be misinterpreted.

How about something like 'development <may contain bugs or other undesirable effects> builds'? I'm only half joking ...
