[wix-devs] v4.0 - status check/where to jump in

Anything compiler-related will be pretty familiar and make it easier to jump in to MicrorepoMadness:tm:. Tools contains the MSBuild tasks and wix.exe build tool; Core is where the compiler and friends live.

I have some time to work on v4.0. Where should I start?

On a related note, what is actively being worked on right now in the micro repos? What are some milestones that we're trying to hit?
