Hi,

I was just looking into creating a PR for the NetFxExtension parts for 
.NET 4.7 but then I read about these details:

.NET Framework 4.7 WPF features take a dependency on D3DCompiler_47.dll. 
This D3DCompiler_47.dll is not present by default in Windows 7 SP1, 
Windows 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows 2012 OS platforms. Hence these OS 
platforms require D3DCompiler_47.dll to be installed for .NET Framework 
4.7 WPF features to work as expected.

I am not sure if the 4.7 stuff can be added like all other versions or 
if I should try to integrate this dll.

Any thoughts on this?
