Ensure you forked, and you are trying to push to your fork not the upstream repository.

Hi,
I am trying to push\create pull request fro some changes I made for issue
#4956 that is assigned to me but get the error: access denied.
I followed all the steps that is described in tutorials.
I tried to do this with VS 2015, GitHub desktop and GitGUI - the same result.

What can be wrong?
