[wix-devs] Building with Visual Studio 2015

FWIW, I’ve got mscoree.h in the following locations:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Include\mscoree.h
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.1A\Include\mscoree.h
