Firefox is better and worse: It lets you override the block but explicitly says the *file* "contains a virus or malware," rather than blaming the whole site.

To be honest, the inability to allow a user to choose to ignore the false positive or disable this "feature" is a design flaw in Chrome.  I would also like to see the ability for users to report false positives.
