With only vs2017 installed, the solution complains with "Microsoft Windows
SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4" or "Visual Studio 2010" must be
installed. Installing the Win7 SDK presents a few issues and none of the suggested
fixes worked for me unfortunately.
