Ok, got that installed, now I get the following error:

LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'dutil.lib' [C:\scm\wix3\src\tools\winterop\winterop.vcxproj]

Looking online, I see an old mention [1] in the mailing list however I fail to interpret
the resolution.
