[wix-devs] Support for -shardlinks?

wix4 has an msbuild
property CreateHardLinksForCopyFilesToOutputDirectoryIfPossible -
https://github.com/wixtoolset/wix4/blob/develop/src/tools/WixTasks/wix.targets#L1172.
Does that accomplish the same thing?
