[wix-devs] Status of tests in Wix 3 and 4

I want to say 3 is mostly functional, but 4 is totally broken. I wanted to fix 4, but that requires patch building to work and that was still missing in 4 the last time I checked.

As for 3, are you having issues with any specific test?
