[wix-devs] Multiple deployment of same WIX installer package with different IIS and target directory configurations

Is there a possibility to create an installation program through WIX installer that can support multiple instance installations of the same product to one particular computer. Like running a single msi two times on same computer to deploy two instances with different iis configurations and different target directories ? If yes then how ?
