[wix-devs] Status of tests in Wix 3 and 4

I ran tests in wix3 develop branch. I built everything using wix.proj and
ran test\test.bat - many unit tests failed.

I also noticed wix3 is missing some content files required by unit tests -
those are only in wix4 project.

I get these results for wix3:

WixTests (670 tests) [5:55.924] Failed: 323 tests failed
 WixTest.Tests (670 tests) [5:55.924] Failed: 323 tests failed
  Burn (69 tests) [0:00.250] Failed: 1 test failed
  Examples (4 tests) [0:13.345] Success
  Extensions (96 tests) [0:47.179] Failed: 12 tests failed
  Integration.BuildingPackages (320 tests) [2:12.197] Failed: 278 tests
failed
  Tools (166 tests) [1:19.584] Failed: 30 tests failed
  Wixproj (13 tests) [1:18.750] Failed: 1 test failed
  RegressionTests (1 test) [0:00.136] Failed: One or more child tests
failed: 1 test failed
  SqlExtensionTests (1 test) [0:04.483] Success

Will you accept pull requests for updates to these tests?
