[wix-devs] Package error building v4

There are substantial architectural changes in NuGet.exe with 3.4.3.  Chief among them is a new XML parser and support for JSON as well as XML serialization.

I've experience these bugs with my own packages and internal NuGet server.  Also, NuGet 3.4.3 has a bug where it will throw an exception on ANY XML entity in the NuSpec file.

FYI,
  I introduced Nancy just for the testing of bundle updates. Though it sounds more like this is a NuGet issue and not a package specific issue.

Someone else had an error with Sandcastle but had success after upgrading the checked in nuget.exe.  Worth a try?
